By using the Big Meal website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

Menu & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of basic preparation. Taxes, if applicable, are shown at billing.
Menu items, portions and prices may change without prior notice. The website is updated regularly, but the in-store menu prevails in case of any difference.
Dish availability depends on daily stock; some items may be unavailable at certain hours.

Orders & delivery

Home delivery is free on orders above ₹499 within our delivery area; smaller orders may carry a delivery charge.
Delivery times are estimates and can vary with weather, traffic and order volume.
Please check your order on receipt. Report any issue immediately on 93158 43661 and we will make it right.

Cancellations & refunds

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins. Once cooking has started, cancellation may not be possible.
If something is wrong with your order, we will replace the item or refund it; your satisfaction is our priority.

Party bookings

Event bookings are confirmed on advance payment. Final guest counts and menu selections must be shared at least 24 hours before the event.
